High-End Experiential Travel in New Zealand

Our Ethics

In the case of our ethics, as in the case of our itineraries, we walk the talk.  Not for us the gimmicky carbon levy "to plant a tree" nor the quick and convenient donation to pseudo-worthy causes.  We take our responsibility to our planet, our staff, our suppliers as seriously as our responsibility to our clients.  We do this in the right way - imbuing all of our actions with the right spirit and getting on with it, personally.

We are currently planting about thirty acres of trees at Lauderdale, with particular regard for beauty and native species.  We are also restoring historic buildings and preserving landscape history where we can.

We work with ethical local companies.  People who also take their responsibilities seriously and follow through with clients, staff and suppliers.  These are people who go the extra mile for our clients, their staff, their suppliers and their environment.

We have an ultra-flexible workplace with empowered staff setting their own work hours and taking ownership of their roles.  People may not realise that four of our staff are young mothers who wanted to look after their children while not retiring from the workplace.  We have made this possible for them.  We all work remotely, with our systems "in the cloud", meaning there is no commuting.  We have staff in Kerikeri, in Auckland, Wellington and down south in Wanaka, Cromwell, Alexandra and the Manuherikia.

We contract and communicate with people with ethics and integrity.  No others.  Our relationships are longstanding and we are very proud of the real respect we have on the New Zealand luxury scene.  You will see and experience this yourselves when you come over here with us.

Oh yes, and we use renewable energy and collect rainwater.  No bandwagons here, just us walking the talk as usual.
