Pavel was on a flying visit to the South Pacific to see what the fuss was all about. Fortunately he was referred to us as we are especially suited to the Russian market with our approach to quality and innovation as well as our CEO speaking fluent Russian. We organised an interpreter, two English teachers for daily lessons, and superb events, from freshly caught sashimi on a luxury launch through to a Rotorua heli- tour and canyoning on the West Coast. We also carefully selected a different restaurant for each night of their stay based on their preferences and went so far as to pre-select tables and even seats for the evening meals as well as brief maître d's on preferences. They had an especially sophisticated visit as this was what they wanted, understood and enjoyed.
