Alexandre wanted some underwater excitement during his New Zealand tour. We set him up with the National Spearfishing Champion. We took a call from him on his way down from Warkworth - "help, I have a 1.5m Kingfish and don't know what to do with it". We took it off his hands, had it gourmet-smoked, and presented it to him the next day for lunch, vacuum packed and absolutely delicious.
