As a top English hotelier and restaurateur, Andrew was interested in combining a critical look at the top lodges New Zealand had to offer with some exciting activities. He thoroughly enjoyed the fresh wild crayfish provided by local Maori for lunch during his quad bike experience on the Ahipara dunes. Another favourite was the fresh shellfish provided on his classic launch in the Marlborough Sounds, captained by a 6th generation local Maori, not to mention his fantastic Mount Cook helicopter experience.
