After two highly successful overseas marketing trips, we decided to start worrying about capacity. What would we do if people followed through with an increased level of business?
The obvious answer is increase capacity - add some more guides capable of handling real VIPs. As usual, we didn't think the obvious answer was interesting enough. The guides had to be able to bring something else to the client. We therefore approached some of the more interesting people we know to see if they would be interested in guiding for us. We were delighted and flattered with our 100% positive response.
All these guides had to have basic qualities of intelligence, sensitivity, capability, have undertaken substantial overseas travel, cultural sensitivity and total reliability. They had to also have a genuine liking for people and passion for our country. We are pleased to announce our speciality guides with the following specialisations:
- Top landscape gardener
- International wine marketer
- Lodge owner and raconteur
- Ex-special forces soldier, diver
- Superb chef (adventure chef)
We thought this line-up would see us through for a while!
