We have welcomed our first visitors from St Petersburg. They came here following an agent visit we organised last year. They only had 6 days in-country, but one of the benefits of having hosted the agents was that they understood that it was impossible to see the whole country meaningfully in that time.
So we only focussed on Auckland, Northland and Rotorua. A helicopter and classic launch tour of Waiheke's vineyards, a custom Maori waka and welcome, and some time with Clearwater on Lake Tarawera. The feedback?
In their own words: "First of all let me thank you for such a hearty welcome you caused to our group in New Zealand. They are all very happy with the trip and of course were very glad to meet you and your colleagues. Everybody said that it was the most interesting and enjoyable trip in their lives."
We were delighted with this again. These clients are well travelled in exotic locations - we were up against the best in the world - from Australia to Mauritius to Chile to Easter Island etc. Is this feedback unusual? No. Why? Style, again. Some people get it, some people don't.
