Not many people know the jetboat was invented in New Zealand as a means to access the backcountry for farmers, hunters, fishermen and hikers. This safari which we developed together with Wilkin River Jet goes back to the roots of jetboating for a spectacular, tasty, fun and very authentic New Zealand day.
