Explore Remote Wilderness on top-end Racing Buggies
This is a day we have designed together with the remarkable Columb family who have been involved with offroad racing for decades and have all sorts of titles to attest to their expertise. We discussed and trialled what we could do for a few months before coming up with this.
It incorporates top-end racing buggies with suspension which needs to be experienced to be believed, the very best guides, beautiful, remote private land, and a chilled-out picnic. For fresh air, privacy, big views and adrenaline, this day is way way up there.
Meet your guides at the bottom of the Remarkables mountain range. They will have a number of high-end two seat racing buggies for your group. The day will begin with your guide driving you up and over the mountain range on some seriously off-road terrain. Break for a picnic beside the beautiful Nevis River on a private high-country station. Then take the wheel under controlled circumstances and see what these machines can do. Finish the day with the guides taking back the wheel driving over Duffers Saddle down past the Carrick Water Wheel trail finishing at School Road, 2 minutes from Bannockburn.
